Within SMART CONTROL or via Speedy Call Center, the recipient or the sender can redirect the parcel once to the most convenient Speedy automat, office, or entirely to a new address. The parcel is redirected with the courier service it was originally sent with.
Redirection is a one-time request for a new service from Speedy, and the requester is charged accordingly.
Depending on the time of redirection, the shipment can be delivered within the same delivery time period or on the next working day.
