TRACK PARCEL IN REAL TIME
SMART CONTROL informs you FREE OF CHARGE about the current location of your shipment.
REDIRECT PARCEL TO SPEEDY OFFICE/AUTOMAT OR ADDRESS
1. REDIRECT TO SPEEDY OFFICE/AUTOMAT.
Within SMART CONTROL you can redirect the parcel to the Speedy's most convenient for you office or automat. Redirection is FREE OF CHARGE for one and same city. Depending on the time of rediredting, the shipment can be delivered within the same delivery time period or on the next working day.
2. REDIRECT TO ADDRESS.
Through SMART CONTROL you can redirect the shipment to an address of your choice.
CALL THE COURIER BACK TO THE ADDRESS
Within SMART CONTROL you can request a re-visit to your address in cases where the courier has failed to contact you. Using the Call back button, the courier can visit you again the same day. Just choose whether the second visit is on the same day or the next and confirm.
POSTPONE DELIVERY FOR NEXT DAY
SMART CONTROL offers the FREE OF CHARGE option to postpone the parcel for the next working day depending on your plans and personal time.
EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS
Within SMART CONTROL you can request automatic e-mail notifications of one or more of the options presented here directly to your email.
ENTER MYSPEEDY APP
SMART CONTROL enables fast and convenient access to MySpeedy – your application for more detailed customer service and experience.
FILL IN MISSING/INCOMPLETE ADDRESS
In case of missing or incomplete delivery address you will receive a notification and link in SMART CONTROL and by clicking on the link you can fill in the proper address, so that we would be able to deliver the parcel to your door.
CONFIRM DELIVERY (optional)
SMART CONTROL allows you to confirm the delivery of your shipment. The confirm option is NOT OBLIGATORY for delievery execution.
REFUSE PARCEL
SMART CONTROL enables you to refuse a parcel delivery.
