Every sender or consignee has the right to file a claim, in the following cases:
- The shipment is lost, stolen or damaged;
- The shipment is returned without reason;
- Failure to meet terms of delivery, payment of Cash on Delivery amounts or Postal Money Transfer;
- Unpaid Cash on Delivery or Postal Money Transfer amounts or for mistakes connected with Cash on Delivery or Postal Money Transfer services;
Your claim should be filed in writing, no later than 6 months after the shipment was sent, in order to be considered. You may file your claims in every office of the Operator to Speedy JSC administrative headquarters (2L Samokovsko shoes Str., Trade Center Boila, Mladost District, Sofia 1138) or via email: email@example.com.
Your clam may be filed in free text or by filling in the template uploaded on the website of the Operator. Your claim should consist of: full name and address of correspondence, waybill number, reason for the claim, requested compensation (depends on the case). In case, the customer filing the claim, demands compensation for lost, stolen or damaged shipment, the claim is considered and investigated on the basis of the provided evidence/documentation – invoices, receipts, etc.
Speedy JSC will need one month to investigate cases connected with domestic shipments and with the Postal Mooney Transfer and three months for international shipments. We would inform you officially, in writing regarding the outcome of the investigation. In case your claim is considered reasonable, the compensation would be paid to the person authorized, in 15 days of our official response.
