REGISTRATION:
Create an account in just a minute. Registration gives you the ability to track your shipments, receive push notifications and access all features of Speedy Mobile.



LOGIN:
Log into the app using your existing profile, your email or phone number, and password. If you already have a MySpeedy account, you can use the same login credentials.


ACTIVE SHIPMENTS:
Track in real time all shipments you are expecting as a recipient or have sent as a sender.


SHIPMENT DETAILS:
View full shipment information - status, amount due, address/parcel shop/locker, delivery date, shipment progress and more.




SHIPMENT HISTORY:
Access a complete archive of all shipments addressed to you - conveniently organized in one place.


ONLINE PAYMENT:
With Speedy Mobile, you can pay the due amount for your shipment online using a card, Google Pay or Apple Pay.




*The “Open before payment” and “Test before payment” options cannot be used after an online payment, even if requested by the sender when the shipment was created.
For shipments where the sender has not allowed card payment for the Cash on Delivery or Postal Money Transfer amount, only the courier service fee can be paid online.
In such cases, the amount due for Cash on Delivery or Postal Money Transfer must be paid in cash upon receipt of the shipment.
SHARING PIN CODE FOR DELIVERY:
With Speedy Mobile, you can share the PIN code for receiving a shipment with a trusted person who will collect it on your behalf.
The PIN code can be used for delivery to a locker, office, or address. It can be shared directly from the app using the available sharing options (PIN button → Share button).



Another person may receive your parcel at a Speedy office or at the delivery address*.
To do so, they must provide the parcel's PIN code and their full name.
An identity document may be requested at the time of delivery.
* Applies in cases where the sender has not requested personal delivery to the recipient.
Shipments, whether registered or unregistered, cannot be delivered to a minor at an address, office, or locker, regardless of whether the shipment is addressed to them or to a third party.

Redirection to office/locker
With Speedy Mobile, you can redirect your shipment once to a more convenient Speedy office or locker. Redirection within the same settlement is FREE OF CHARGE. Depending on the time the redirection is submitted, the shipment may be delivered on the originally estimated date or an additional day may be added to the delivery time.




Redirection to address
With Speedy Mobile, you can also redirect your shipment once to an address of your choice.
