For non-typical**/home addresses where the sender is not sure that the recipient will be at the address, we strongly recommend shipments to be addressed for self-collection to the recipient's nearest or preferred office.
Speedy network currently includes more than 600 offices and automats and it continues to grow.
For those recipients who want their parcel to be delivered to-address, we recommend to order the delivery for Monday or they should use the option of delivery to-address on a Saturday/holiday against an additional fee of BGN 3.79 incl. VAT.
Deliveries to a PUDO locations– offices and automats – on Saturdays/holidays are not subject to additional charge.
Correct recipient’s mobile phone number is a mandatory condition for the successful delivery.
*Holiday – public holidays on which Speedy works and/or half-working days for Speedy.
**Non-typical are the few addresses that are not part of the usual Saturday/holidays visits to business addresses of Speedy customers with agreed visiting hours on Saturdays/holidays.
