As a result of the graduate removal of the restrictive measures in whole Europe, now we may reimburse the options “Open before Pay” and “Test before Pay” for the Express Balkans service to Romania.
In order to maintain safe working environment for all our customers in Bulgaria and abroad, Speedy recommends:
- In order to reduce the time, the customers spend in Speedy’s offices, as well as reduce the time, the couriers spend at the address and as a mutual safety measure, we recommend to limit the offering of the two services (Open before Pay and Test before Pay) for the consignees in Bulgaria.
- For the convenience of all consignees, and in order to provide them the opportunity to open and test the content of the parcel plus for the sender (mainly online retailers) to control the process efficiently, we have created the service Voucher for Return.
- To collect your parcels from Speedy Automats, where there is no physical contact with the courier and you may collect the parcel at most convenient time for you.
- We promote paying Cash on Delivery amounts via bank card when collecting four parcel from office/automat.
The service Voucher for Return, allows the sender to specify the term (number/up to how many days), the consignee would be able to return the goods. The sender may also determine with which service to return the parcel and the side that pays for the return.
Via MySpeedy, you can create Voucher for Return fast and easy. You may activate it for a single parcel or for every parcel that you are sending. After the pre-determined term is over, the voucher is no longer valid and the consignee cannot return the parcel using it.
