I In order to facilitate and speed up your service, we have implemented state-of-the-art technologies for automated reading of the part of data from personal documents that the Postal Services Act (Article 20, Para. 1, Item 11) obliges us to collect – three names and a personal identification number (personal number of foreigner) of the physical bearer-sender of each international parcel, of domestic parcel with Cash on Delivery, of recipients of Cash on Delivery amounts and/or Postal Money Transfer.
Our offices are equipped with devices-readers of personal documents, and our couriers - with certified software for reading the data.
No copies or photos of your personal documents are made. No other data contained in the personal documents are read or stored, except for three names and personal identification number (personal number of foreigner).
