The Manual Handling Fee applies to shipments containing parcels with non-standard dimensions that cannot be processed through the standard automated sorting conveyors and require manual measuring and sorting. It is applied for shipments that include one or more parcels with at least one side exceeding 100 cm, transported via parcel services (domestic or international).
The fee amounts to BGN 3.60 (1.84 €) and is applied per such parcel in the shipment.
