The service is always paid for in Bulgaria in BGN by the requester of the service or the recipient of the shipment in Bulgaria upon delivery. For customers with an individual contract - according to the terms provided therein.

For parcels, addressed to islands and remote places, eligible for custom’s processing, with incomplete or non-existent address, or without contact information for the sender/receiver, as well as for parcels door-to-door, the estimated delivery time can be extended with 1 work day.


Requirements for successful collection of a shipment: In order to pick up shipments from campuses / universities in Germany, in addition to the name, telephone number, e-mail and address, it is necessary to indicate the building / block number and the sender's room number.
In order to pick up shipments from business buildings in Germany it is mandatory to indicate the bell number in addition to the name, telephone number, e-mail and address of the sender.


Island and Remote Areas Surcharge: For delivery to some islands and remote areas (see list with post codes) additional fee of BGN 48 is added (including VAT). 


Restrictions: A parcel could contain one package with maximum physical weight of 31.5 kg. Minimum dimensions of: 22.9x16.2 cm, Maximum dimensions (the maximum size of the package) up to 175 cm. Maximum dimensions in cm: the sum of the length+ the doubled sum of the height and width must not exceed 300 cm.

Packaging: The packaging of the parcel is a responsibility of the sender. Appropriate packaging is a guarantee for the security of the parcel. General terms and conditions for packaging.

Parcels containing documents must be placed in a cardboard envelope. Separate parcels joined by duct tape are not accepted. They must be placed in a larger, solid container.

Declared value:
The price of the service includes insurance of up to 100 BGN, including VAT (responsibility of Speedy). Declared Value is applicable as an additional service with maximum value of the pallet shipment of up to BGN 3000: https://www.speedy.bg/en/declared-value


Parameters when servicing orders for COLLECTION REQUEST: orders for Collection Request are accepted and processed before 16:00, Monday to Friday. Orders received after 16:00 are processed on the next day. In order to process the order, it is necessary, after filling in and confirming it in the module, to apply for a courier from the field "Not – ordered collection requests".

The address of the sender would be visited by the courier during the standard working hours up to two days after we receive the request (no fixed time). The shipment would be accepted, only if, the sender is fully ready to send the shipment and there is no mismatch between the requested number of parcels to be collected and the real number of parcels.

In case the sender of the parcel is a private individual, the time for the collection of the parcel might be extended. Providing a correct local telephone number of the sender is a mandatory requirement.

In case the Collection Request order is not processed for the period of 5 days, it would be cancelled.

Only singular parcels are accepted and each parcel is paid for separately.

The assignor is always the party that pays for the service. Exceptions are cases in which the assignor is the consignor abroad. In that case, the party that pays for the service is the receiver, located in Bulgaria and the payment is in BGN. 

After the order is successfully generated, the order ID is sent to the email address indicated by the client.

The request number is the number of the bill of lading generated through MySpeedy. Collection Request inquiries can be made through the web application or by sending an e-mail with the bill of lading to [email protected].
