The service is always paid for in Bulgaria in BGN by the requester of the service or the recipient of the shipment in Bulgaria upon delivery. For customers with an individual contract - according to the terms provided therein.
List of Prohibited Items and Substances
Delivery time:
The indicated transit times are in working days and are indicative (the usual transit time to major cities in the countries). The transit time does not include the day of collection, weekends and public holidays. The time for delivery may be extended with 1 or 2 working days, according to the service schedule of the populated area. For shipments, addressed to islands or remote areas, subject to customs processing, or with incomplete or non-existent address, or without contact information for the sender/receiver, as well as for parcels door-to-door, the estimated delivery time can be extended with 1 working day.
Island and Remote Areas Surcharge:
A surcharge of BGN 48 incl. VAT is applied for delivery to some remote areas and islands.
Air Express service requirements for shipments to non-EU countries:
Low-value shipments, valued up to EUR 40:
All shipments shall be accompanied by a proforma invoice, and the value of the goods should not exceed EUR 40. A proforma invoice template is available at: speedy-invoice-proforma-2023.pdf. Destination customs authorities may apply additional duties and taxes to recipient upon entry.
High-value shipments, valued above EUR 40:
Allowed to be transported only accompanied by the following documents, that shall be provided by the sender along with the shipment:
1. Export customs declaration
2. Original commercial invoice
3. Packing list (a document with the type and description of the packaging)
In case of certain specific commodities, the shipment could be stopped in the Operator’s premises and additional documents, certificates, declarations or other necessary documents for the departure of shipment to be required by sender.
Аll accompanying documents must be placed in a pocket in a visible place, on the outside of shipment.
It is the sender's responsibility to check and be aware of export regulations in Bulgaria and the import requirements in the respective destination country.

An additional fee of BGN 24 incl. VAT will be applied in case of delivery address/city is changed after the departure of shipment.
In case the optional extra service “Fixed delivery time” was requested by any party of the waybill, an additional fee of BGN 24 incl. VAT will be applied.
Discounts:
Additional discount of 5% of the price for shipments delivered to Speedy office in Bulgaria.
Return of shipments from non-EU countries:
In case of return/import of an undelivered shipment from a non-EU country, additional fees for returning, customs clearance, duties and taxies shall be applied.
Shipment parameters allowed:
A shipment could consist of one package with maximum tariff weight of 10 kg.
The chargeable weight is the higher between volume and physical weight of the parcel (1 m³=200 kg).
Prohibited Items (in addition to the standard List of Prohibited Items):
Shipments to Turkey shall not contain: Food, drink, tea, food additives, medicines, technics, spare parts, auto parts, passports, id cards, driving license.
According to the new legislation in Turkey, customs clearance of non-document shipment is a subject to an additional fee charged to recipients.
Parcels addressed to PO BOX are not accepted.
Shipments containing perfumes, bottles under pressure, food, medicines, alcohol, valuable jewelry, money.
It is mandatory the shipper to provide a local phone number of the recipient.
Mobile phones and tablets:
- Maximum amount: Up to 1 device per parcel.
- The battery must be installed in the device.
- Display and battery must be without any damages.
- Non-working device is only allowed if the problem is software related.
- The device must be switched off.
Declared value:
