The Standard 24 hours price is based on the delivery prices between Speedy's offices/automats. The customer has the option of choosing a cheap add-on for picking from address or delivery to address based on the weight range.

The prices are final and include VAT and fuel surcharge. Prices are subject to Toll tax Surcharge.

Delivery time - 24 hours (between Speedy's offices).

Standard 24 hours is available for parcels up to 31.5 kg in 5 weight ranges.

The heavier between volume and physacal weight of the parcel is charged (1 m³=200 kg).
Shipments with physical weight up to 20 kg is not charged by volume weight (1 m³=200 kg) unless the latter is over 50 kg.

All shipments to Automats should be smaller than 60 x 35 x 37 cm.

Parcel’s shipment on Saturdays – For non-typical addresses when the sender is not sure that the recipient will be presented at the address, we urge parcels to be sent to the nearest or preferred by the recipient office. Speedy's network currently includes more than 600 offices and automats and continues to grow. For recipients who want to receive their parcel “to door” at an address, we recommend delivery to be directed to Monday. Otherwise will use the option of a surcharge for delivery to a non-typical address on Saturday - the surcharge is BGN 3.60 incl. VAT. The recipient's current mobile phone number is a must for a successful delivery. “Non-typical” addresses are all that are not business addresses of Speedy contract clients which have preliminary determined working hours for Saturday Deliveries.

All shipments refused by the consignee shall be returned to the sender on the day of the refusal at sender’s expense.

Delivery to/sending from office:

The service is valid for sending parcels from/to Speedy office in Bulgaria and such addressed to office/automated postal station (locker) in Romania, Greece, Hungary, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Croatia and Slovenia.

Delivery time:  2-5 working days. The delivery time does not include the day of collection, weekends and public holidays. For some remote areas and islands, the delivery time might be extended to 8 working days.
Delivery time to Cyprus is up to 10 working days without collection day, weekends and public holidays.
All terms of delivery are indicative.

- Romania – multiple-packaged shipments of up to 10 packages per shipment with a maximum tariff weight per package of up to 31.5 kg
Greece - single package up to 50 kg
Cyprus – singe package up to 5 kg
Hungary, Croatia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland – single package up to 31.5 kg
- Maximum length (largest package size) is up to 175 cm
- For shipments with tariff weight more than 3 kg to Hungary, Croatia, Slovenia, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland maximum dimensions in cm are: the sum of the length+ the doubled sum of the height and width must not exceed 300 cm
- The heavier between volume and physical weight of the parcel is charged (1 m³=200 kg)

Discounts:

- Additional discount of 5% is applied for shipments sent from a Speedy office/lockers in Bulgaria to Romania, Greece and Cyprus.

- Additional discount of 5% is applied as well if the parcels are shipped to DPD offices/lockers in Romania.

Collection requests:
Collection requests for shipments from Eastern and Central Europe to Bulgaria under Speedy CEE Economy are accepted and processed up to 15:00 Monday to Friday. Collection requests received after 15:00 are considered as received on the following workday and are processed then. The address of the sender is visited during regular working hours up to two days after the processing of the request (without fixed hour) and shipments are accepted only if the sender has prepared the shipments for pickup and there are no differences between the requested number and the real number of shipments. Please keep in mind that for collection requests to pick up shipments from Eastern and Central Europe to Bulgaria, it is necessary to specify the sender's local phone number and email address.

Packaging: The sender is responsible for the packaging of the parcel.Reliable and appropriate packaging is vital for the secure transportation of the parcel. General terms and conditions for packaging.

Pricing is based on the dimensions of the pallet (length of the base and height and the physical weight), number of pallets in a shipment, destination and type of transport.
In case differences are established against the weight and sizes declared by the shipper/pick-up request applicant at the time when control measurement is done, the price for accomplishing the service is calculated by Speedy according to the actual sizes and physical weight of the shipment and not according to the indicated/declared by the shipper/pick-up request applicant. If the goods come out of the pallet base, the maximum widths, lengths, and heights of the shipment are taken into account. If inaccuracies with pick-up request parameters are established, the service price is recalculated to the corresponding tariff-price and the price difference is at the expense of the service payer.

The service is available for palletized shipments with maximum physical weight of 1200 kg and maximum height 200 cm. Shipments of different sizes or weights are accepted after confirmation of the request by the Operator.

Additional Packaging: When accepting a pallet in a warehouse/office and it is determined that a pallet is not properly packaged Speedy has the right to reinforce the packaging. All additional packaging is paid by the customer.

Pallet 1 Collection Request order.

Prices based on the dimensions of the pallet (length of the base and height and the physical weight), number of pallets in a shipment, destination and type of transport.

The price of the service is calculated by Speedy based on the actual dimensions of the shipment, not based on the dimensions declared by the service requester in case any difference is established between the real measurements of the shipment and those declared by the sender/requester of the service during control measurement. If the load goes beyond the dimensions of the pallet, the maximum width and length of the shipment are taken into account, as well as the actual height.  In case of established differences with the request, the price is re-calculated and the difference in the price is charged to the payer of the service.  

Every pallet shipment should be transported with invoice. The invoice should describe the content and its value. It should be placed on a visible spot on the pallet next to the waybill

Restrictions: The service is available for palletized parcels with maximum physical weight of 1000 kg and maximum height 200 cm.

Packaging: The packaging of the shipment is responsibility of the sender. Appropriate outer packaging, as well as, inner packaging like loose fill materials,Polyethylene Foam sheeting, bubble foil, depending on the shipment, are vital for the safe transportation of the goods. In case, the packaging is determined to be insufficient, not strong enough to prevent decomposition of the shipment or damage of the shipment itself or other shipments, Speedy will reinforce the packaging of the pallet/pallets with additional packaging (stretch foil). The cost of the additional packaging is to be paid by the payer of the courier service.

Declared Value: Declared Value is applicable as an additional service with maximum value of the pallet shipment of up to BGN 10 000.

The shipment would be accepted, only if, the sender is fully ready to send the shipment and there is no mismatch between the requested number of parcels to be collected and the real number of parcels.
Possibility for multiple shipment and the maximum pallets in one waybill is 6.
In case the sender of the parcel is a private customer, the time for the collection of the parcel might be extended. Providing correct and local telephone number of the sender is a mandatory requirement.
Only singular parcels are accepted and each parcel is paid for separately.
The sender is always the payer of the service. Exception from the rule is when the sender is not in Bulgaria. In this case the payer is the receiver who pays in Bulgarian leva.
After the order is successfully generated, the order ID is sent to the email address indicated by the client. The request number is the number of the bill of lading generated through MySpeedy. Delivering palletized parcels to/from Greece with service 442 – Pallet One GR.

Pallet 1 Collection Request order.

For each pallet delivery to Greece it is mandatory the shipment to be accompanied by stamped CMR in 4 copies and an invoice certifying the value and the content of the goods (it may also be a copy).

The price of the service is calculated by Speedy based on the actual dimensions of the shipment, not based on the dimensions declared by the service requester in case any difference is established between the real measurements of the shipment and those declared by the sender/requester of the service during control measurement. If the load goes beyond the dimensions of the pallet, the maximum width and length of the shipment are taken into account, as well as the actual height.  In case of established differences with the request, the price is re-calculated and the difference in the price is charged to the payer of the service.

Special multi-package service that provides affordable and quality delivery of car tires to Romania.

One shipment can consist of no more than 10 parcels. The final price of the shipment is determined by the physical weight of each parcel in the shipment and the corresponding pricing according to the tariff.

Time for delivery: 2 to 5 work days. The delivery time does not include the day of collection, weekends and public holidays. 

Cash on Delivery is an additional service for which Speedy takes the responsibility of collecting an amount of money from the receiver and delivering it to the sender. It guarantees to the sender that the goods are going to be paid  in time, while the receiver will get the goods he is paying for.

It is applicable for shipments on the territory of Bulgaria, as well as for shipments from Bulgaria to Romania, Greece, Hungary, Croatia, Slovenia, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland and Cyprus.

Amounts collected by the COD service are paid every workday - Monday to Friday.
Amounts collected by the COD service can be paid by a bank transfer or in cash against ID card of the recipient of the COD amount or a notarized power of attorney at the address where the shipment was sent.

The above-mentioned conditions comply with the service schedule of the location if there is one.

Prices are final, VAT included.

The COD commission is added as part of the courier service and is paid by the payer of the courier service, if not stated otherwise.

COD is applicable only for new or used goods and items with a value of up to BGN 9999 for Bulgaria, RON 5 000 for Romania, EUR 500 for Greece and Cyprus, and EUR 3000 for Hungary, Croatia, Slovenia, Chez Republic, Slovakia, and Poland.

The COD amount is declared in the local currency of the destination country (for Greece - in Euro, for Romania - in Lei, for Bulgarian – in BGN, etc.). The conversion into Bulgarian levs of the amounts on collected cash payments in foreign currency is according to the purchase rate of UniCredit Bulbank on the day of their payment.

The concrete content of a shipment is a matter between the sender and receiver.

The amount for the COD service is paid by the receiver at the time of delivery of the shipment.

Paper Proof of Delivery (Confirmation of Delivery), Return of Documents and Return of documents (postponed) are applicable for domestic shipments on the territory of Bulgaria. For shipments to Romania is possible to use only  the service Return of Documents.

Paper Proof of Delivery (Confirmation of Delivery) and Return of Documents are to be requested by the sender of the shipment and are paid by the person receiving them. There is a preferential price for delivering shipments with Return of Documents and it is only valid when the receiver forewords the documents at the moment of delivery.

Prices are in BGN, VAT included.

An additional service, offered by Speedy, is Paper Proof of Delivery. Particularly useful when you need to have a document acknowledging that the receiver has actually single-handedly received and signed the confirmation of delivery of the shipment.

Return of Documents can be used when the receiver is required to fill in or sign documents.

The additional service Return of Pallet Base allows to be returned wooden pallet bases with dimensions up to 120x120 cm back to Shipper. EPAL type base means euro pallet base (120x80 см), that meets the requirements of EPAL for dimensions, thickness and marks/stamps. The service should be requested prior shipping your pallets under Pallet 1 BG Services.

Using the Declared Value service you can guarantee the security of your parcels against the usual risks of transportation. We recommend using this service, when you are sending parcels containing new items or items still in warranty, or ones which price outweighs the standard coverage included in the price of the service.

The declared value coverage of a parcel is a responsibility of the carrier in case of loss, theft or damaging of the item up to the declared value of the parcel. Additional service Declared Value is allowed for shipments being transported using the Pallet 1 service and for shipments being transported using parcel services which consist of parcels with singular tariff weight less than 32 kg. The declared value must be the same as the actual value of the parcel and it must be proven by relevant documents provided by the customer. The terms and conditions for the service "Declared Value" are described in the Terms and Conditions provided by Speedy for servicing parcels.

You may use the additional service Declared Value for parcels from/to Bulgaria to/from Central and Eastern Europe with the service Speedy CEE with maximum value of the shipment of BGN 3 000. For parcels with the service Cash on Delivery to Poland, the service Declared Value is mandatory.

Prices are final, VAT included.

The contents of a shipment are considered fragile if a part or the whole item is made out of glass, plexiglass, plastic, china, faience, cosmetics, electronics, paintings and is marked with the "Fragile" sign. All other items are considered non-fragile.

For processing of Shipments Loading-unloading operations tax is charged. For non-palletized parcels - 1.20BGN with VAT for every 50 kg after the first 50 kg.
Loading-unloading operations tax is applied for main courier services.

POSTAL MONEY TRANSFER (within Bulgaria)

Deadline for Postal money transfer payout: on the workday following the day of receiving the postal money transfer from the sender. The deadline for payout is increased according to the visitation schedule for the given site to which the Postal Transfer is addressed, if applicable. 

Service parameters:
Postal money transfers are accepted from the sender in cash at an office of Speedy.
Postal money transfers are paid out to receivers without a contract with Speedy in cash at an office of Speedy selected by the sender or at the receiver’s address.

Service pricing:
The commission for accepting and delivering a Postal money transfer from an office to an office of Speedy – 1.2% of the amount of the postal transfer with a minimum of 1.80 BGN.
Commission for Postal Money Transfer to consignee's address – 1.2% of the Postal Money Transfer amount, minimum 1.80 BGN + 6.00 BGN per visit to consignee's address.
The commission is to be paid by the sender of the Postal money transfer.

The “Open” additional service allows recipient opening the shipment in the presence of delivering courier and to check its content before accepting the shipment.

The “Test” additional service allows recipient to open and test the content of the shipment in the presence of delivering courier before accepting the shipment. The content of shipment under "Test" are given to recipient for testing purpose up to 10 minutes in the presence of the courier.

These services are additional ones and when used along with "Cash on Delivery" service they are free of charge.

When no COD service is selected, sender could request one of the options "Open" or "Test" against payment of a tax amounting to 1.20 BGN VAT incl. per shipment.

Options are applicable to packet services in Bulgaria and Romania as well as to service Tyres in Bulgaria. They shall be requested by the sender of the shipment.

The options are not applicable to deliveries to Automats.

By choosing one of the options sender shall be prompt to indicate which service should be used in case of recipient’s refusal to accept the shipment and to nominate who will pay for the return service.

All due for courier services (including additional services) charges if billed to recipient shall be collected before allowing the recipient to Open/Test the shipment content.

A shipment sent with a parcel service chosen by the customer is heavy or bulky if one or more packages in it have tariff weight over 50 kg. The tariff weight is the greater between volume and physical weight of the package, the volume weight being determined in ratio of 1 m³ = 200 kg.
The surcharge is added to the tariff price for the relevant parcel service to the courier service payer marked in the waybill and amounts to BGN 24, incl. VAT for each parcel in the shipment that has tariff weight of over 50 kg declared or control measured.

Additional surcharge of BGN 0.25 VAT incl. per waybill would be applied for shipments with electronically prepared waybills. The surcharge shall be applied ONLY if after shipment’s collection, it is determined that the address was provided inaccurately (the information is not filled in the relevant address fields or is incorrectly filled in).

For delivery of parcels addressed to/from islands, remote or hard-to-reach areas, an additional surcharge "Island and Remote Areas" may be applied in addition to the courier service price.

Current services where the surcharge is applied: DPD Economy Pick-up, DPD Economy Collection Request Delivery, Air Express

The surcharge is BGN 48 per shipment, VAT included.

Toll-tax Surcharge is applied for parcels with domestic and international courier services (non-palletized and palletized) delivered to or sent from the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.

The amount of the Toll-Tax Surcharge is defined and updated with every change in the scope and size of fees for the use of the road infrastructure, determined by the Ordinance on the conditions, order and rules for the construction and operation of a mixed system for charging the different categories of road vehicles based on time and on the basis of distance traveled.

The current amount of the Toll-Tax Surcharge is announced monthly on the website of the Operator.
